Wisconsin athletic director Barry Alvarez will return to the sidelines to coach the Badgers in the Rose Bowl Game presented by Vizio, according to a report in the Wisconsin State Journal.

I don't think he has anything to do with how their search for a new HC goes. Even if they hired a coach tomorrow, I doubt he would coach their bowl game. The senior captains asked Alvarez to do this......I wonder how many senior captains would ask Steve to even fly with them to the game if Chryst left
