Thank you for reminding me of huevos(eggs meaning balls as it does in many languages) versus huesos(bones). I have ordered in Mexico and requested carne on the balls meaning to say, meat on the bone.

Huevos is eggs .. what about Juevos? I thought juevos was balls .. but i've seen both spellings used. Sorry .. i'm bored .. and i lived in NEW mexico for some years.

That explains it. I worked middle management at an electronics company in NM .. Mexican labor mostly. I loved the people and the food. Great stuff. THen moved back east and was dealing more with Columbians and latinos. I guess "J" or "h" makes no difference. Cool.
