.. and his highly paid old men .. and diva offense .. is getting wacked AT HOME .. in the cold. HA!!!
I love the Steelers but this is exactly why there needs to be sweeping change from the top to bottom. They do less-with-more every year.
008 my freind,
I'd hold off on the comments as the Chargers have choked big time in the fourth quarter this year. The Steelers still could come back and win this thing.
A "Real PITT MAN"............get off my porch!
It's December .. it's crunch time .. at home .. in the cold .. Sandy Freaking Lego my Eggo?! Want a choke job? There ya go.
Not watching the game. In charlotte headed oout to enjoy the weather and dont get the games. (time warner blows)
But it looks like Big ben has been awful. Injuries have killed this team Take out the franchise QB, the top LB and Top cover corner and most teams would struggle.

Tomlin did little with all the talent he inherited .. much like Barry Switzer in Dallas. Now the talent is burned out and old. Steelers are too loyal to head coaches so he'll be around a while .. and it'll be decades waiting for another franchise QB. Stick a fork in em .. back to the 1980s.
Just to play devils advocate, Cowher went to 2 Super Bowls in 15 years. Mike Tomlin has been to 2 in 6 years.
They both suck. Never said i liked Cowher .. but to play devil's advocate .. i will say that Cowher was pretty damn effective when he FINALLY had a franchise QB.
And let's wait 9 years and see what Tomlin's W/L record is .. after inheriting a franchise QB and HoF talent on defense.

Forget the steelers .. they stink.
Let's move on to the Ravens .. and all that hype. HA! Redskins just drove it down their throats at crunch time. Let's go Skinz!!
Hear that sound? It's Smacco's ego bracing for another beat down.
He's running out of Cowher's players though and his eye for talent is highly questionable it seems.
How are they choke artists if they are still #6 in the conference and in the playoffs?
Take this prediction.....the ravens will not win 1 game the rest of the season.
Tomlin is only one part of the talent evaluation. The GM plays a pretty big role as well.
Given the OL Tomlin has and how old the DL is its amazing hes done as well as he has.
This franchise has failed at building a consistent O-line since 2006.
Guys they have drafted have sustained major injuries due to their fellow linemen getting physically manhandled and falling into their teammate's bodies. Gilbert injured DeCastro, Legursky got thrown like a ragdoll into Adams' ankle versus Cleveland.
Pouncey is a disgrace to the term All-Pro and Fat Willie Colon hopefully played his last game as a Steeler today now that Dulac said he's done for the year.
I have no confidence that Tomlin will find a good O-line coach to replace Kugler.
Austin .. i'm glad someone else saw the lack of talent causing the injuries.
When you play All-Pro linemen next to no-talent tub-o-lard linemen you're going to get a clusterfudge .. fat men falling into million dollar legs. It's totally absurd. They should fire the whole staff based solely on this one gaffe.

To me, all the Steelers' problems start and end with OL and DB. My goodness, they can't get a break with OL. All 3 drafted OL in the last 2 years are out. And Pouncy seems to get worse every year. Consequently, we can't run the ball. The DBs get shredded constantly. How they are the #1 pass D baffles me. And they refuse to draft high-end DBs. Like they have an abundance of quality DB depth. If they won't solidify the DL they have to have great DBs, not just warm bodies. And you can't blame Tomlin for the talent issues. Colbert makes most calls and has been the one not to move some of the old guys. No reason for the beating they took yesterday. They are much more talented than San Diego.
The O-line issues have been around since 2006. It's astounding to see some of their lack of effort when pass blocking. The Steelers never draft high enough to get really good cornerbacks. This current group can be good with some help from the pass rush.
