Hopefully he isn't gone too long
Is there a precedent for how JD handles these?
Didn't Patterson or somebody drive a car into a store on 5th last year?
Yeah he did but that was not alcohol related. If I remember correctly he was wearing flip flops and they got stuck
Looks like Stephen Williams also got in some trouble, sounds like a Jeff Knox type deal. I'd wait to reserve judgement but if true I'd guess he may be gone. Don't see too many kids get a pass on domestic type situations.
Without all the info, its tough to say what should be done but DUI is serious and should not be taken lightly. Too many people laugh this stuff off. I had a classmate in HS die in an accident because some idiot just had to drive with a buzz on. As far as I'm concerned if you're too stupid to make a better decision than that you should be put away until you get your head screwed on straight. DUI should be taken more seriously. Everyone makes mistakes but he should see serious consequences for this.
They are taken seriously. You can have two beers in you and face jail time and license suspension. This can result in job loss, public scrutiny, and loss of employment opportunities. Meanwhile, some low-life can have a needle stuck in his arm and rob his neighbor and he can get probation.
I don't really drink besides special occasions but if I do I have a dd. Because I have seen some horror stories of people getting in plenty of trouble with duis
M.A.D.D.----You have to hand it to those ladies. They changed the face of America for the better. You have to be an idiot to drink and drive. Every cop in this country is looking for you and wants to slam you What Wh4p says is true. Your life can disintegrate before your eyes because of one moment of bad judgment. Passed out at the wheel with a .129 is an embarrassment. I had a .2 for the Rutgers game and was cheering wildly. I just can't remember who won.
"Zeigler Charged with DUI"
Zeigler has been suspended until further notice. The athletic dept. just released a statement.
Coach K. of Duke would have him ready for the ACC portion of the schedule.
