you think Nassib is a lock? He could definitely get it for sure, but Tino has as good of a chance as he does. Tino owned him when they went head to head -
319 yards passing vs. 185.
25/33 vs 19/30..
9.7 ypa vs 6.2
0 int vs 1..
Nassib has some excellent physical skills but he didn't outplay Tino by any stretch this year.
Tino on a NFL roster? Stranger things have happened I guess. How far deep does nepotism run in the NFL though?
You're a comedian too now?! hahaha nice one
Heath Shuler and Tim Couch (#1 overall) were drafted in the top 10 in the NFL too...doesnt mean they were NFL material. Neither is Tino.

NFL teams aren't going to pick tino over nassib because he had better stats when they played.
Never said they would. But, the Big East coaches might pick him over Nassib based on how they played this year both in the league and head to head.
I would never draft Tino over Nassib. I'm a big fan of Nassib, he was a QB I thought we should've went after out of EPA.
Sorry. Mis-read your post.
Get with it man.
It's foolish to talk about which QBs have a shot in the NFL b/c look at all the big names that are bust and look at all the FCS and D-2 guys who are starters. I personally don't think Tino has a shot b/c he just doesn't have a good deep ball which you need to spread the field in the NFL. But the fact that he really didn't make mistakes this year may help him. I think we take for granted how hard it is to play an entire season and only throw 2 picks. Of QBs that attempted at least 300 passes, Tino was the only one with 2 picks. Tyler Tettleton of Ohio had 3 picks, Arkansas St's QB had 4 picks, and then there were a bunch with 5. He made good decisions. He didn't have as many instances where he infuriated us with bad sacks. The vast majority of sacks were instances where the OL didn't give him a chance. Put simply, he clearly isn't NFL ready yet, but he seems to have develop the discipline needed. Who knows? Maybe if he can get some more work in the weight room to help out that deep ball, maybe he could land a practice squad spot.
emoticonnnnnnnnnnnnnnn .. YEAH!
I realized he was good in that regard but not at that level.
That being said, I don't think he makes it in the NFL. His physical skill set won't be the reason why. It's his ability for not being able to process information at the pace you need in that league.
