I really don't get the reason for psu poster's coming on this board at all. It's mind boggling to me.

That is interesting. I would love to have seen the debate, even participate. I cannot argue the attributes that sports instill upon you. Teamwork, discipline, accountability, leadership. How to handle winning and losing. All good stuff. But to me, in these times when football programs are spending more and more on weight rooms and facilities, coaches continue to get ginormous raises, while schools cut academic programs and teachers, then there is a fundamental disconnect on the mission of these universities and this must be dealt with. That and the idol worshipping of people who are mostly glorified gym teachers...............yeah. Reform is in order.

Find one post where I called anyone names or forced any opinion. I have a point of view - just like you. I just choose to express mine in a civil, level headed way and you go postal. Just because I am a PSU fan, doesn't mean I share the same opinions as another. If I were to use your tone as a barometer of all PITT posters, well, that would be really unfair to the other posters, wouldn't it? Fortunately, I have the ability to understand that not everyone thinks alike.

Yep, so much more nonsense than other things coming from PSU these days. It is soooo unbelievable compared to your coaches and administrators allowing child rape to continue in order to protect the image of a football team.

BTW, I've heard the same thing too, before all this mess broke lose. Your school is a cess pool. Deal with it and clean it up instead of electing baboons like Lubrano to drive it further into the ground.
